Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Once a course or membership purchase is approved and access is granted, it is non-refundable. Because AIVarsity grants immediate, full access to a course's content (videos, materials, quizzes, and downloadable resources) as soon as payment is verified, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for a change of mind, lack of time to complete a course, or dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described before purchase.

Before You Buy

Please review a course's description, curriculum, level, and any free-preview lessons carefully before purchasing — free previews exist specifically so you can evaluate a course's teaching style and content before committing to buy it.

Limited Exceptions

We will review a refund request only in these specific situations:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment approved but no access granted — your payment was verified and approved, but a technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the course you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it.
• Course removed post-purchase — a course you purchased is taken down by AIVarsity before you were able to access a meaningful portion of it.

To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact support@aivarsity.pk within 7 days of the issue, with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Memberships

The same no-refund policy applies to All-Access and Lifetime memberships once approved and activated. You may stop using a term-based membership at any time; it simply expires at the end of its paid term rather than being refunded early.

Rejected Payments

If your submitted payment proof is reviewed and rejected (for example, it doesn't match a real, completed payment), no charge was ever approved on our side and there is nothing to refund — please contact support if you believe this was a mistake.
