Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Self-registered accounts remain inactive until payment for a course or membership is submitted and approved (see Section 3). We may create accounts directly for students or instructors; those accounts are active immediately.

2. Course Access & Content

Purchasing a course or membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for your own learning, for as long as your access term or lifetime plan remains valid. Course content — videos, articles, quizzes, downloadable materials, and AI prompts — remains the property of AIVarsity and/or its instructors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use course content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Some courses gate later modules behind completing earlier ones (lessons, quizzes, assignments, or a community post, depending on how the instructor configured it). This is a feature of how the course is structured, not a limitation of your purchased access.

3. Payments

AIVarsity currently processes payments manually: you submit payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, or Raast and upload a screenshot as proof, and our team reviews and approves it — typically within 24 hours. Access is granted only once payment is verified and approved. All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

4. AI Features

The AI Tutor and AI Tools are provided to support your learning and are subject to a daily usage limit that varies by plan. AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date — treat them as a study aid, not authoritative advice. See our Disclaimer for more on this.

5. Community Conduct

When posting in Discussion, Groups, or a course community, you agree to be respectful, avoid spam or self-promotion, and not post anything illegal, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights. We (and course instructors, within their own courses) may remove content or restrict access to the community for violations of this policy.

6. Certificates

A certificate is issued automatically when you complete 100% of a course that has certificates enabled. Certificates confirm completion of the course content as delivered on AIVarsity — they are not a professional license, accreditation, or guarantee of employment or any specific outcome.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent payment activity, or misuses the Platform (including sharing account access or course content in violation of Section 2). You may stop using the Platform at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVarsity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on course content or AI-generated output.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan.
